Vietnamese Chicken Curry Recipe
What are the ingredients for Vietnamese Chicken Curry?
I’m having trouble deciding between 5 different recipes.
So far I’m leaning towards the use of coconut milk, since that is what makes them Oriental (Vietnamese)
I’m also deciding between yellow and red curry, and whether I should add red pepper powder to the yellow curry if I choose that one.
And if pure cane sugar is okay to use instead of regular and the coconut milk is unsweetened.
Thank you
Sorry can’t help.
I LOATH curry!
I’ll stick to my stovies if you don’t mind, or should I say my mother’s stovies.
