Many recipes floating on the web simply don’t cut it.

Get thee to the store and get a bottle of ‘Clubhouse Roasted red pepper and garlic’ seasoning. put a liberal amount in your burger mix ( I use corn flake crumbs and an egg) This stuff is so amazing you might start putting it on your ice cream!!!!!!!! p.s. Sarah, that burger of yours sounds NASTY…. you’d either have raw bacon in your burger or cooked bacon surrounded by ground beef jerky. It sounds like it would be good if you cooked the bacon first though.
** I read Lee Iacoccas biography and he said Henry Ford ate nothing but hamburgers and the chef at the Ford headquarters kitchen made the best hambuger in the world. Lee went and asked the chef what his secret was and he said ” I don’t do anything special, it’s just ground beef” and he took two new york strips over to the grinder and dropped them in and said, see? So that’s another good tip…START with good ground.
