Vegetarians, please help!! Is this balanced – Lunch for 6?
Everything is homemade, (including the pasta) they are vegetarians, NOT vegans, and have no allergies:
Starter
Roasted tomato and basil soup (various freshly baked rolls available)
Vegetable and pasta bake:
A medley of baby vegetables, (aubergines, courgettes, sweetcorn, mixed mushrooms, red onion, and mixed sweet peppers in a light cheesy garlic sauce with pasta shapes, with an extra crunchy topping made with granary bread-crumbs, crushed potato crisps and grated vegetarian cheddar cheese, then baked until golden

Choice of puddings:
Banoffi pie with whipped cream,
Apple pie with cinnamon ice cream
Fresh tropical fruit cheesecake
profiteroles filled with whipped cream covered in chocolate sauce
Sacha, there will be bread, as I said with the soup, but the basket will stay on the table, i do granary, wholemeal, poppyseed, seasame seed, cheese topped and an onion loaf – there is always both extra virgin and butter available
