Hello, I need a pie filling and I want to use black raspberries I. I I'm not a big fan of dough filled with jelly, so I thought of a way to a raspberry mousse black fabric. One that does not require refrigeration (So no, or very little cream). Any ideas on the how to create it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance:)
