what is the best chili recipe that includes red wine and olive oil?
mine
2 cans of kidney beans
1 pound of cooked hot sausage, diced
5 diced jalapenos
3 green peppers diced
1 onion diced
1/2 cup of oregano
1 tbsp of old bay seasoning
1 cup of red wine vinegar
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup each of black pepper, parsley, garlic powder, salt and curry powder
5 large diced tomatoes or 1 28 ounce can of tomato paste
1 cup of sharp cheese
i mix everything except for the sausage and the cheese and bring to a boil, add sausage stir int he cheese and cook til done, i add cornbread and coleslaw on the side
