Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Dessert idea’s to cater for 30-40?

We’re having a family bbq tomorro and i’ve been assigned to cook dessert. I don’t want to cook anything like pudding or trifle, its more to have after dinner with coffee/tea. So far im cooking cream cheese coffee profiteroles so i need something else that isn’t cheese or coffee? It doesn’t have to be a large recipe i’m fine to just do double batches. Anything like a cake, slice, pastrys? It’s for a much more older range of people, so cupcakes and chocolate brownies arn’t really an option. PLEASE HELP, i need to think of somethinggg now ):

Has anyone got a good chocolate brownie recipe that could take up the best part of two hours?

I have a double food practical in a couple of weeks, and I want to make chocolate brownies. The only problem is all of my recipes are really short and I wondered if there were any longer ones out there…

If you can get hold of the Green & Blacks chocolate cookbook (see if it’s in the library or if a friend’s got one) there’s a recipe in there for Celebrations brownies, where each brownie has a celebrations chocolate in it (or it can be modified to Maltesers, which I would strongly recommend). Unfortunately I’m away from home for a month so don’t have the book to post the recipe on here, but as I say, if you can get hold of it, it’s a great recipe, and takes me more than an hour to make.
