Do you have any recipe ideas for summer fruits?
My mother gave me loads of raspberry’s, strawberry’s, blueberrys, grapes and apples, there is no way I’ll be able to eat even half of it before they all go off, and the raspberrys are nearly there all ready, so any ideas on what i can make with them all. thanks. I’m thinking of a summer crumble, or fresh egg custard, but any other suggestions welcome

Fruit Crumble
Process some of the berries with some sugar and make a coulis that can accompany ice cream etc.
Knickerbocker Glory.
Fruit Flan
Summer fruit brulee.
Meringue glace with summer fruits.
Strawberry romanoff.
Fresh fruit salad.
Warm fruit salad- by melting some sugar in a pan and then placing the fruit in the sugar, toss a couple of times and serve with ice cream or in pancakes.
Fruit Punch.
Place the fruit in the freezer and when very cold make some smoothies.
