What would be the best way to make my homemade alfredo sauce spicy?
What types of spices should I add? I’m dating a new guy that only eats spicy food and this is my most famous recipe…Any ideas would be appriciated, even ideas for spicing up chicken or shrimp to throw in the pasta would be helpful.
I don’t need a recipe for alfredo, I just need spice ideas….BTW juliarajkumar that is a horrible recipe…you need to first slightly melt the cheese in the butter b4 adding the cream and your portions are really off..please no one use that recipe.
What about spices that won’t change the color? Are there any other than white pepper?
Ground pepper, flakes or anything in a jar from the market won’t make it hot for him.
Add ONE drop of Dave’s Ultimate Insanity hot sauce. More than that, and he won’t be able to eat it.
Cut up harbanero peppers and add it to the sauce. Make sure you dice them finely, so the heat will spread. Use different colors, if you can find them, it will make the sauce look pretty.
And, yes, her recipe was horrendous.
