Simple Muffin Recipe?
Please give me a recipe for muffins or cupcakes, I don’t really care, that is from scratch and also preferably does not have any baking powder in it. It has to be for 20 people, and since I will be adding different amounts of baking powder to 4 batches, it would be good if there weren’t a decided amount of baking powder. No baking soda, applesauce, or margarine, or such. I’d like it to have some kind of taste, like banana or chocolate or whatever. Onegai-shimasu!
PS. Several would be helpful too.

all of them are going to have baking soda or baking powder… that’s part of what makes muffins muffins… if this is for a science experiment, you can make the original recipe, then make it a few more times, once without any baking powder, once with more baking powder, etc…

Im new in cooking. Looking for some simple banana desert recipe (e.g muffin). Any idea ?
There are lots of recipes on “www.allrecipes.com” just type “banana” in the search and select “desserts”… Here’s a simple one with an excellent rating! 
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.
