The tofu and all the other ingredients are being blended.
I don’t have anymore tofu, what can I replace it with?

1 cup chopped oil marinated roasted red peppers
1 cup firm silken tofu, drained and crumbled
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small can artichokes, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley (optional)
