Roast Chicken Seasoning Recipe
Can I use chicken for this recipe?
I want to make a pot roast with chicken instead chuck roast and was wondering if I could use it for this recipe.

Would there be a different way I would have to cook this? I know I have to dry the chicken, and season it inside and out. Other than that, would it take shorter/longer and would the taste be the same? Also, what kind of chicken should I use? whole, thighs, or breasts?

Yes, you can use chicken. I use a small roaster with garlic, oil oil and white wine. Add carrots,celery and tops and potatoes, and onions, and bake for about an hour and a half ,325. You can use chicken breasts or pieces, just use a thermometer before removing from oven to 165 degrees for all chicken.
