Quick Cookie Dough Recipe

eggless sugar cookie dough recipe?

im on my period and hav an insane cookie dough craving as usual and i need a quick and easy recipe like 10min or less preferably they hav to h sigar cookies and i dont hav alot of butter about 3/4 of a stick and idk how to cream buttr so ya plz ez recipw k thnx!!!



Hi “Just,” I think I have just the recipes to satisfy that craving you have! Every one of them is easy, and they take no time at all. Here they are:

EGGLESS SUGAR COOKIE

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. (tub) butter
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Roll out, use cookie cutters. Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

AUNT ZANA’S AMISH SUGAR COOKIES (EGGLESS)

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar, powdered sugar, oil, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Take teaspoonfuls of dough & roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and press to about the size of a nickel. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

FLUFFY EGGLESS SUGAR COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter and sugar in a bowl, and mix until it gets lighter and fluffier. (Either microwave the butter for about 45 seconds or make sure it’s soft enough to whisk). Add vanilla and milk to butter/sugar mixture. (You can be flexible with the amount of vanilla you use). Combine salt, flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, using either a spatula or your hands. (Dough should be a little bit sticky at this point). Add extra flour as needed until dough becomes less sticky (I used about 3 T.) You don’t want dough to be too tough or sticky. Form 12 equal-sized balls, flatten to about 1/2 – 2/3 inch in thickness. Coat one side with sugar. (Lay about 1/8 Cup sugar on flat surface and lay each flattened ball of dough on it, pressing gently). Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bottom is lightly golden.

RICOTTA CHEESE COOKIES (EGGLESS)

Ingredients

FOR THE COOKIES
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
1 (15 ounce) container of ricotta cheese
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups all-purpose flour

FOR THE GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
milk
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all of the cookie ingredients well until the dough sticks together into a big ball. It will be sticky. Drop by teaspoonfulls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until the bottoms turn golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. In a small saucepan slowly stir milk into the powdered sugar until it creates a glaze thin enough to be spread over the cookies. Stir over low heat then spread over cooled cookies.
