How to make a pancake recipe smaller?
The recipe I’m using to make pancakes with this mix is:
2 cups of the baking mix
1 large egg
1 1/3 cups of milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
And I’m supposed to use 1/4 cup for each pancake. This recipe makes a lot of pancakes, how can I make a smaller amount of mixture without the ingredients messing up or for them to still taste right?
It’s tricky with eggs. I would just make them all and then freeze the rest. That way you wont have to make breakfast later. They microwave well. Make sure to wrap each serving well in saran wrap, and then all together in aluminum foil or a ziplock bag.
