Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breast
What do you think of this menu for a Valentines Dinner?
I had this in the Society/Culture>Holidays>Valentines section, but I PROBABLY should have put it w/food! LOL
Appetizer:
Coconut Shrimp (It’s his fave)
Dinner:
Seasoned Chicken Breast stuffed with Broccoli, Mozzarella and Asiago Cheese – wrapped/baked in Smoked Ham – served on a fresh bed of baby spinach w/a light lemon zest and basil olive oil toss.
Sweet and Savory Dessert Plate:
Strawberries dipped in Dark Chocolate
‘Fancy’ Crackers w/Prosciutto Parmesan cheese spread
All with Champagne of course 
I cook everyday for my hubby, but since we’re staying in for Valentines Day, I wanted to come up with something unique that I’ve never made for him before.
What do you think? Any changes/suggestions??
LOL–well I guess that saying is true, you can’t please everybody 
BUT luckily for me, I happen to know he LOVES broccoli and also likes it paired w/chicken Great alternate suggestions tho!
