Moist Apple Cake Recipe
I have some apples to use and would like to make a fresh apple cake using a boxed yellow cake mix.?
I know their are recipes out there but having a tough time finding one. Prefer one that calls for finely chopped or grated apples that would make the cake very moist and heavy but not lumpy. Thanks.
I am currently experimenting with cooking cakes. I made an apple one the other night that turned out nicely 
I just added some finely chopped apples to my normal cake batter and added cinnamon. You could grate the apples if you wanted, I kind of like the little pieces
Any recipes for extra moist carrot cake using box mix?
Time is a factor, so I don’t necessarily want a recipe from scratch. However, if adding sour cream or apple sauce or something else will make the box mix better, then I’m all for it. Extra moist, and extra easy (and of course, delicious) is what I”m looking for.

I add a can of drained, crushed pineepple to the boxed mix… Its moist, and very yummy!
