Mango Chicken Casserole
Is this an Okay diet?
This is what I eat on a weekday..
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: 2 Vegemite Sandwiches with the crust cut off, and 2 Pine Mango Popas (JUICE BOX’s)
I’m australian, we call them Popas.
Dinner: (Examples) Chicken and rice, Chicken and vegetables, Vegetables, Chicken Casserole, Fish and Noodles.
Dinner is always different, but my lunches and breakfast’s are always the same…
.No…when I saw you skipped breakfast, you immedately “failed” as far as healthy eating goes.
Do not skip meals if you want to be fit or lose weight. In fact, it’s recommended you eat around 6x a day (more smaller meals, instead of 2 or 3 large ones).
Not sure if there’s any protein in vegemite, if not then your lunch isn’t good…and watch the sugar in the juice boxes.
Dinner, sounds okay as long as there aren’t any high calorie or high fat sauces involved…brown rice and whole grain pasta is better than white, if you have that option.
Add b’fast in there (whole grain toast and an egg white omelet for example) and a snack in between each meal (fruit, yogurt, a small portion of nuts, etc) and you’ll be on your way to healthy eating.
