How To Make Raspberry Pie
Need help making a PIE!?
I have never in my life made a pie but im going to *try* today. I have some canned fruits that i want to use up so i figured this would be a good way. I wanted to make a berry pie, using cherry`s raspberry’s and boysenberry’s and MAYBE strawberry’s. Do you guys have a recipe for crust and how to make pie? i DO NOT have crisco but i have tons of butter!!!! Thanks so much!
See links below for basic pie crusts. You don’t need lard; butter works just fine or optionally oil.
Other options for that canned fruit:
A fruit Cobblers
A berry Clafoutis
Although recipes might call for fresh or frozen fruit it isn’t necessary. No doubt they’ll usually taste better, but canned some canned fruits are easily substituted.
