I have mislaid recipe for burgers with beef mince plus vegeteen. Can anyone help ?
I’m guessing vegeteen is a vegetable substitue for gelatin?
If so, you don’t need it – in order to bind the mixture together use the yolk of one egg and a handful of breadcumbs.
