1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter
1 pkt (6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cup Sifted confectioner’s sugar
Method :
Combine milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Blend in chocolate. Stir in vanilla and confectioner’s sugar. Beat until spreading consistency. If necessary, thin with a few drops of milk.

Isn’t there a recipe on the cocoa powder can? If not, go to the Hershey’s or Nestle website and use one of their recipes. Basically, softened or melted butter (1/2 stick or full stick) plus 1/3 cup cocoa powder plus a pound of powdered sugar (3 1/2 to 4 cups). Blend all that together, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and then start with 2 Tablespoons of milk and whip it together. Add a little more milk as needed to get desired consistency.
