What do I order in the Chinese?
I was in india last year and I ordered Cantonese chicken with rice it was a dish containing a clear sauce and stir fried vegetables and cooked chicken breast pieces but in my local Chinese takeaway they don’t have anything called does anyone know if it is sometimes called something different.
Chicken Chop Suey or if you like Cashew nuts,
Chicken and Cashew nuts.
Both have clear sauce and usually have onion, beansprouts
and bamboo shoots.
