What are good recipes for leftover steak or chicken?
I have 2 porterhouse steaks and a few chicken breasts that were done on the grill. What can I do with these leftovers? I’ve been making steak sandwiches and chicken salad, but there’s only 2 of us so we need some different ideas!

How do you stick poppy/sesame seeds on top of dinner rolls i bought from the store?
I saw a recipe online somewhere on making “checkerboard” rolls, but i cant find it and need to know how to put poppy seeds and sesame seeds on top of already made dinner rolls from the store for tomorrow potluck. Im making chicken salad sandwiches and wanted to top them with the seeds and place on a plate to look like checkerboards…any suggestions?
Maybe brush the tops with egg whites, sprinkle the seeds on, then put it under the broiler just long enough for the seeds to stick? Try a test run on one or two rolls first…
