Chicken Curry For 20 People

Will this diet work in 6 weeks?

I’m off on holiday in 6 weeks and I want to lose some weight for it (don’t most people? Haha).

Anyway this is my diet & routine :

Breakfast – porridge made with water, coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch – homemade soup (veggie based ie leek & potato or carrot & coriander etc)
Dinner – Jacket potato & beans or homemade chilli & rice or homemade pasta, tomatoes & quorn (low fat meat free) sausages or homemade chicken curry – these obviously vary but you get the idea!
Snacks (X2) – 2 clementines or an apple or raisins
Exercise – 20-30 minute walk in MBTs + 1 hour on WiiFit (yoga & fat burning) every weekday evening.

How much of a difference can I expect to see?
How much weight/size am I likely to lose?

I would say 10 to 15 lbs. depends on your body type and how fast your metabolism is and if you are going to stick to it. Good luck to you.
