Chicken Broth

Chicken broth that expired last November, can I eat it if boiled?

I have a box (not a can) of Swanson chicken broth that expired last November. The box seemed to be in normal condition, and I want to use it in a recipe that calls for me to boil it. Will it be safe?
I poured it in to a glass and it has no smell at all.
Hahaha, I cut open the box because that scared me, and it’s just silver, no mold.

Expired a year ago?

You can put anything you want in your mouth and boiling it will certainly help kill anything in there but why not just throw it away?

A trip to the store beats food poisoning hands down every time.
