Quick and easy chicken breast recipe?
I get out of work at 5pm tomorrow and I need a quick chicken breast recipe that I can make for 2 adults and a 12 yr old so that we can be at my mom’s house by 6:30. I live five minutes from work, so that won’t matter much on time. Any ideas? I also need this to be something that can be reheated for lunches the next day and I’m not too crazy about left over chicken. Any ideas very much appreciated! Thanks!

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 zucchini, sliced
2 summer squashes, sliced
2 onions, chopped
1 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a container with a lid. Pour 1/2 cup of your favorite Italian salad dressing over top. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
In separate container slice squash and onions. Pour a 1/2 cup of the same dressing over the vegetables.
To cook: Place meat and vegetables on grill and cook until chicken is no longer pink or place meat and vegetables on broiler pan and broil in oven.
