Getting tired of the same thing!?
Ok so i make this amazing chicken casserole with chicken ofcourse and rice and brocolli and cauliflower and Garlic butter musdhrooms with some ceam of mushroom soup and Grated cheeses ontop!
Everyone in my family loves it and its allways requested.. but im gettin tired of the same thing, Does anyone have any ideas of what to add to change it up ?
I do really enjoy this meal.. but i think my family likkes it a little to much!
Hope someone has some good ideas!

Change the soup that you use to Cheddar Cheese soup, maybe use brown rice instead of white, or use cubed ham in place of chicken and some spinach. Use turkey, cream of celery soup and add craisins and maybe some sliced almonds. Or you could use a jar of sauce such as Alfredo.
Is this a decent day’s diet?
I’m posting a sample day’s diet to see what people have to say. I’m 6’3″, about 250 lbs, and trying to lose at least 50 lbs.
7:45 am Omelet (one egg, three egg whites, four green onions, three slices turkey bacon, 1/4 cup fat free cheese)
10:45 am 1-1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, orange
1:00 pm Approx. 2 cups of tuna noodle casserole (tuna, skim milk, cream of mushroom soup, whole wheat rotini, peas)
3:45 pm 1-1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, apple
6:15 pm Stir fry (chicken breast, brown rice (not cooked with butter), assorted veggies
As for fluids, I’m drinking a ton of water and I allow myself one can of diet pop a night.
My workout plan is lifting weights three days a week for an hour and doing 40 minutes of cardio (interval training on treadmill and something else like elliptical) three days a week. I also have started climbing stairs at work: I take them two at a time like lunges. I’ve done it three times today: I did eight stories, then nine, and just did ten.
Lay off the pop and include at least 4-5 per day fruits and veggies and whole grains.
Don’t eat after 4pm carbs.
