Chicken Breasts Cream Of Mushroom Soup

what do i do with it?

i have cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and lots of egg noodles. i am on a very limited budget and received this food from a pantry, what do i do with it? i also have SOME chicken breast. is there a possible meal here? help!



You can cook 2 cups of dry egg noodles in salted, boiling water; drain. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Add a cup of cooked, diced chicken breast and whatever seasonings you may have on hand (salt, pepper, parsley flakes, onion flakes, etc…if you have any celery, 1/2 cup of sliced celery would be nice); stir well. Add the drained, cooked egg noodles and mix until all the noodles are coated. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 350* for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven and if you have any shredded cheese, sprinkle that on top and return the dish to the oven for another five minutes. Remove and enjoy!
