Gluten Free Cookie Dough Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough to put in your own ice cream?

I’m making my own chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and I also want to make the dough gluten free if possible. Anyone have any tips?

Make the cookie dough the way you normally would if you were baking it just don’t add eggs. mix it in vanilla ice cream. I hope this helps.
