Chicken Stir Fry Sauce?

I was wondering if anybody had a good sauce receipe for a chicken stir fry. I would like to combine chicken, peppers (yellow, green, & red), & onions over noodles. I’m not a fan of very spicy foods but can handle a little spice. If anybody has a good receipe that they have tried before and enjoyed, I would appreciate it if you shared it with me!

3/4 c.soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
a couple drops of chili oil (optional)
garlic salt to tast or fresh garlic
