cut your breasts into cubes and saute in butter for about 3-4 minutes.
chop your potatoes into cubes and stir in about a teaspoon of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes. chop onion and broccoli take potatoes out of oven and mix all ingredients in including salt and pepper to taste. sprinkle some bread crumbs, parsley and parmesan cheese on the top and cook for about 30-40 minutes!
a green salad and crusty bread would be delicious with this!
