How do you make carrot cupcakes with a betty crocker cake mix box?
I got a carrot cake mix box from Betty Crocker, but I am not that good at making cakes, so I decided to make cupcakes out of the “cake” mix. There’s was no cupcake recipe on the box so I decided to ask here. All I need is how to make the mix into cupcakes because all the other times I tried cupcakes out of cake mix, it always came out wrong in some way.
Hi! Make the box mix like how the directions say so and then pour them into a greased or paper lined muffin tin. If the box mix is betty crocker, there should be some baking time instructions specifically made for cupcakes. The cupcakes however usually take 20-24 minutes to bake at the suggested oven time!

i box cake mix
1 large egg
2 T. water
1/3 to 1/2 cup oil
drop teaspoonfulls on a cookie sheet
bake 350 degrees for 12 min.
that’s all you need for the best cookies
(for the carrot cake mix use the 1/2 cup oil and let set awhile, for the ingredients to moisten before placing onto sheet)
