Basil Chicken Marinade
what is a good but basic marinade using Worcestershire sauce or Soya sauce?
Im making chicken again and wanted to make it different then basic shake and bake. n e idea? I only have basic spices…garlic, seasoning salt, basil…things like that.
I like soy, honey and garlic. I use low sodium soy, because regular is really too easy to get too salty. However, if you eat out a lot you would probably like regular.
how will this marinade work?
It’s for chicken breasts~
Crushed garlic
Chopped Fresh Cinnamon basil
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
maybe a lemon zest also
Sounds delish!! I would add the juice of the lemon too and be sure not to marinate for longer then a hour.
