could i run a small food business at 16 years old?

my mom and i are going to be selling our stuff at the flea market this summer. last year i saw that people would sell their food here also. what im asking is how would i start this. i have a family recipe of chicken wings that everyone loves. and there would also be burgers. basically a barbeque. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It will be kinda hard for you to be honest with you. You are going to have to sit down and really think about this. It’s not
like a book that you just sell. You are going to have to think first and foremost sanitation. Is it really sanitary to sell food out in the open like Hot wings and burgers. Then you are going to have to figure out some basic things like cost to you and your Family. Example+
Cost of the food and all ingre. to make it.
Cost of Plates/Nampkins/Condiments/forks
Cost of the Electricity it is going to take to make the food.
Then you are going to have to make sure that you offer sodas and Ice.
Then you are going to have to think about waste. How much are you going to charge for this food and what are you going to do to make up the waste of the food that you have to throw away because you did not sell.
Wings are messy. Where are the people going to sit?
What you might want to try is sell baked goods first. These are easy to wrap in plastic wrap and people can pick them up and pay and go. I hope I have helped you some and Good Luck on your new business.

Can anyone help me cook my chicken wings?

I have frozen chicken wings/ legs. Can anyone give me a EASY and QUICK recipe with some of these ingredients?

Sugar in a frying pan with just 3 teaspoons of oil. Add any other seasonings. And then stir until fully cooked. The sugar gives it a great takes and it will turn like a brown color with the oil.
