How many calories did I eat at this restaurant?
I just had dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse and I ordered the Sierra Chicken. It was two grilled, season chicken breasts topped with salsa (I only ate one of them), a side of veggies and a really big baked potato (i ate the whole thing but with no butter or sour cream).
So one piece of chicken and some veggies and a big baked potato, about how many calories?
It’s pretty impossible to guess this as the restaurant must have used different spices, cooked it in a different kind of oil, etc,etc… Just don’t worry about it. Stick to your exercise and continue with your normal eating habits…
